  1. How do you know they are wrong.  They claim to have proof and they were right about Edwards.

  3. Sure.  If she can prove that what they printed was absolutely untrue, then she can sue them for libel and slander.  After all, the Enquirer is not known to be a reputable news source.

    But she still has to prove that their story is untrue.
