i think he should be sent to Bali with Schapelle, because of the swannnnnnnnnies losing this chain of events cost my blues a chance at winning 3 pre season flags in 4 years

  1. not for this micky mouse comp, but if they could prove it in the real comp, when they tank like Carlton did last year, then yes, serious action should be taken, i guess in the nab cup too, coz people bet on these games, if you are on a horse and the jockey don't ride him to win, you are very p'd off, they get suspended.

  2. no and dont be a sook the blues suck brooooooooooce and cop it sweet!

  3. get a perspective mate

every coach is doing the exact same thing, theres just not so honest about it. anyways, im sure he was joking when he said that thing to mcveigh. mcveigh didnt even hear anything, so it wouldnt have mattered

no-one cares about the pre season cup

if he does this in the home-and-away season, then i would have a diff opinion

  4. Absolutely,,

    I hate cheats !!!!

  5. Yes but he wont be will he because he is such a nice bloke and everyone loooooves him sad but true.

  6. What happened to innocent until proven guilty??

Its all hearsay and as per usual exaggerated by the stupid media.

Its only the NAB cup, lets get some perspective!!

  7. Awwwwwww! Poor Broooooocies Blues :((((

You vics will use any excuse to blame something else other than your performance for not winning a flag.

Oh that's right, you live in Sydney now (Swannie territory too)

    Ouch that must hurt :))))

    All in fun Brooocie :)))))))

I knew you were a Gentleman Broooocie ;)))

I'm sure you'll find a way to get your own back on a dumb South Aussie ;))) Probably after the crows lose on Saturday :)))

    EDIT!

Don't lose it Brooocie! You will never find it on here!

Brooocie, your pic looks like Martin Short :)))

  8. if you dont need to dont dude fight sack that mother f***ker instead

  9. i don't think so, who cares about the nab cup anyway, it's just a chance to try new tactics and young players. Then again it did allow us to progress in the nab cup.

No he shouldn't it was said in jest and just happened to be caught on tape even the players were laughing about it.

NAB cup is it really that important ?

  10. wtf? There is no proof that he was actually doing that, even though they have not won a pre season game in the time that he has coached. But what bad come from winning a pre season game? Injuries, well thats gonna happen anyways

  11. Well I am a Sydney Swans fan and I believe what Paul Roos said that it was a joke.   Haven't you noticed that this great man has a dry wit and a weird way of dealing with stuff.  Now for starters who would blame him for being a bit crook on that Dimetriou idiot for calling The Swans "ugly" in 2005 when they got up and won the Premiership???   Now this NAB Cup is a whole heap of absolute c**p (just ask Akermanis).  Now what really "went down" was that McVeigh had a poor record last year re goal kicking as compared with point kicking and Roose thought if I tell him to go forward and don't kick a goal then the silly bugger might try to kick a behind and then by mistake kick a goal.   Great load of hogwash and he has already explained it was said in jest.   Go the Swannies!!!!!

And yep they should have a good look at Carlton throwing games to get the best draft picks in the REAL SEASON.

  12. ROOS'Y just showed the contempt for the NAB comp that it deserves, its a joke of a comp,it has ridiculous rule changes, potential to lose good players to serious injury, means nothing to any club and isn't embraced by the football community.

i say either extend the home and away season or play the state of origin in its place-and lets get rid of this money grab rubbish comp once and for all. CHEERS! BRUCE
