If being biased, a poor commentator and extremely annoying was means for giving a life ban to people... then Ray Warren would have been gone ages ago.

I hate Phil Gould... however he hasn't brought the game into disrepute, he has just consistently proven he is a loud mouthed fool who is simply... ignorant.

He is not a commentator, as he spends half his time beratting the ref for wrong calls, a judgement he doesn't apply to himself or Warren who constantly get calls wrong, let alone players names.

Andrew Johns has better reports from the sideline, and he constantly looks confused and as doped as ever. Don't ban them.. just stop them getting attention for talking rubbish.

I dont now wat Gould did but Bill harrigen brang the game into disrepute. He tipped the Storm in the Sydney newspaper and blatantly denied CANBERRA a try which should have won them the game, no 1 can say it wasn't a try. Probably the most disgraceful decision by a vidio ref i have ever seen.

i think he has an excellent knowledge of the game, but i cant stand how much he grills every little thing the ref does wrong. they cant do anything without having him ramble on about it. the game will never be perfect, he just needs to let some things go.

if you look at the swans afl game today when a dodgy call cost them the game, it was talked about for a couple of minutes then thats it. if it happened in the nrl it would dominate all the nrl media releasings for the week. the coaches would be fined for commenting on it, and a lot of supporters will get over the whole over dramatisation of the media

the guy has good points.....all hes trying to do is make the game better, because officials and coaches have the rules so ******* retarted and it keeps getting worse. And this helps teams like storms, titans and broncos......cause they bribe refs and get match winning calls for stupid calls.
