Unfortunately you do not seem to have studied History.

If Senator Obama becomes President, the only thing that will change is the tax impact on the American middle class. The rich will get richer, and the poor will get poorer (but maybe with a few more token government hand-outs).

You obviously have no concept of what a  war crime is, or what the world finds outrageous. I hope you never have to go to war, it is really much worse than portrayed in the news or motion pictures or TV. But, if you do, you will really get to understand what a war crime is, and you would realize how silly your question is, from that perspective.

Ask John McCain what is a war crime. Ask the North Vietnamese government about how they justified their actions and then come back and tell me what you think.
