  1. Yes it should be published. What happened to freedom of speech?

  2. Absolutely.  Boycott Random House!

  3. Random Louse can't be forced to publish either.  For good or ill, they are running a business. If they think publication will hurt them in their persons or their pockets, it is common sense not to publish.

As the author still has copyright, she can put it on the web herself.

  4. No, it shouldn't. It seems to me that journalists like Sherry Jones only write books like this to make money, not to really educate the public about Islam. If she was really sincere in wanting to educate us, she would have consulted with Muslims while writing this book, don't you think? But controversial books make the big bucks and give authors notoriety. I'm glad Random House understands that there is a difference between publishing a piece of work that was meant to educate others versus a piece of work that was meant to incite controversy for the sake of publicity and a fat paycheck.

  5. YES !!!  YES !!!  YES !!!

When we lose free speech we lose everything! Never should we give up this right. Those in history to lose this or not use FREE SPEECH, have suffered horrifically. No One Should Be Able To Hinder, Stop, Prevent Ones Rights To Free Speech.

When this is done we are no longer FREE!!!!!!!!!!
