    And he draws a major crowd.

    The more controversies, the more attention IPL gets.

    He had been banned from playing for Pakistan for 5 years,why let him play..It is like they would be saying,oh its ok,we dont mind lying,ball throwing,drug taking cricket players in the IPL..
