Should Sunday be a Best Clothes Day?

When l was young, all men and wore Suit ,waistcoat and Tie.

every day should be shower,get hair nicely set and clean clothes as clean as can be shoes,nails, ears...

sunday was the day to go to church and out fo respect for it people dressed with their better clothes.so it is a costume

but also people a century ago did not have as many clothes and could not wash them as much.

When I was young, everyone went to church on Sunday in their best clothes and wore them the rest of the day.  While it was nice to dress up one day a week as a kid, I can't say I miss it much!

No. People dress well for work and dress down for weekends.

Yes.. it depends what you do on a Sunday.. if you go out to a formal party..  then that is the appropriate way to dress .. It's nice to wear a smart dress.. but a lot of people don't bother.. Sunday they may relax at home.. they may play with their children or have family visit them.. who have kids.. then it' not the best thing to wear smart clothes but rather nice looking but casual clothes... xx

No.  I dress up for work.  Sunday is bikini day (I live on the beach)
