I think she did a much better job of rehabilitating herself than the correctional dept. could have done, and at the same time saved the tax payers thousands of tax dollars. They should deduce her time to that of time served.

  1. Had never heard of her until i read your link but i agree with you, she did a far better job by herself.. fair play to the lady for doing so well


  2. This is a tough one with no good answer.  

    I agree with what you said, that she did a much better job of rehabilitation than any prison system could do.

    However, the authorities will not want to set a precedence so other 'criminals' try harder to run to avoid a sentence, knowing that the sentence will be dropped if they run long enough.

    It all just really doesn't make sense because it's all over drugs - so I have a lot of sympathy for her.  If it was assault or murder or something on a scale like that, then I would side with the law.
