off the property, certainly. If china will entirely allow that i'm not so sure even though i'm not anti china in anyway, far from it. I think too in bejing there wouldn't be a ton of support for that unless people came from all over especially tibet. So china could allow it and expect that the citizens will shame most people enough for not showing respect without any government involvement. They could protest in tibet and get more news coverage which i think is more likely, even some protests in the US and Europe orginized by the organization. To get in while the news is caring about the olympics. Will it be at the gates of the stadium, no but only because those tickets cost too much but we'll probably see it other places.
