Should U.S.A. Have Same Highway Camera Monitoring As U.K.?

So all speeding, red light running, failure to stop at posted sign

and other moving trafic violations are photographed as they occur with time/date film image automatically sent to Highway

Law Enforcement so they can read the displayed license for

determination of outstanding warrents for subsequent pursuit by dispatched patrol vehicles or simply mail to listed residence

of formal citation notice with list of all legal responses?

Are told the income derived from highways so monitored is ample for infrastructure support purposes and it deters anti-social behavior. Would prefer Federal funded roadways within 100 miles of all International Border Crossings be so monitored first.

Fail to discover England as Rogue Police State for doing so

so what are other reasons not to police roadways better?

  1. Not feasable in many areas due to the cost of installation.     Also,  in many jurisdictions,  it is necessary to be sure of whom the driver is for citation to be written.

  2. In some cities in the US, we have camera monitoring. They have been a few challenges to the procedure, but all in all I haven't been ticketed yet..

  3. We have that in most major cities,, of course comanies are trying to sell that c**p you spray on your licence plate so the cameras dont pick it up but ive heard it doesnt work, Then there are the dot cams they are accessable to the public
