  1. NO CERTAINLY NOT. ONE CANNOT UNDERSTAND SOME CALL CENTRE OPERATORS AS THEY CONVERSE IN BROCKEN ENGLISH. ITS ABOUT TIME THAT BRITISH BUSINESSES THOUGHT MORE OF BRITISH CITIZENS AND OUR ECONOMY AFTER ALL IT IS OUR MONEY THAT IS USED TO USE THESE CENTRES AND BOOST THE ECONOMY OF THESE OTHER COUNTRIES.OOPS FORGOT THE EXESSIVE PROFITS THEY MAKE BY DOING THIS. SILLY ME.
