Should USA send troops the constillation Torus?

As you know last week Torus was savagely attacked by the bloodthirsty aggressor Orion, who is either holding a spear or some kind of hammer thing. What should USA do to get involved with the situation:

A) send humanitarian aid

B) send peacekeepers to Torus

C) Nuke all the stars in constillation Orion

First the name is spelled Taurus. Orion is caring a sling and don't show this to the Bush Administration or I will find myself using my starship to transport the troops there.
