It would be September 18th if such a holiday were proclaimed. Like Independence Day, the month and day would eclipse the real name of the holiday and we would have just another day of mixing explosives and alcohol. Not too conducive to the process of conception.

We already have a Constitution Day, it's September 17.

Why?  We have a Flag Day (June 14th) and people still desecrate the Flag.
