  1. i'd love to see them in the olympics. bmx is doing good this year so glad to see the ioc is being open minded and looking for new sports to bring in. maybe one day we can get ultimate in there as well.

  2. I would love to see Wu Shu as an Olympic event but not the "sport fighting". I think it should be Wu Shu forms and I think it would become VERY popular VERY fast!

  3. I think they should. I love to see some new stuff in Olympics.

  4. There would be no such thing as mixed martial arts in America today if it wasn't for Asians!  So you people that keep bashing the Chinese need to l**k your mom's butt!

  5. i love skateboarding,  but i dont think it belongs in the olympics, but neither does badmitten. olympic bmx is rather different because its racing, where the skateboarding would be a competition of tricks, although it would be similar to all of the gymnastic events.  sorry to say, i dont know what wushu is, but it sounds tasty.

  6. dont know enough about wushu to comment. but i really don't think enough countries do it to qualify.

no skateboarding. i used to be indifferent until i watched snowboarding in olympics and when that one girl (lindsay jacobellis) did the race where she lost the gold for showboating right at the end it finally convinced me skateboarding should not be included. people criticized her so harshly but i felt she did nothing wrong. skateboarding and snowboarding are an entirely different culture and about living in the moment doing "stupid" stuff like showboating. it's about fun and freedom not gold medals. the importance they place on winning is just the total opposite of what skateboarding is. olympics take all the fun out of it

i love to skate because its not like other sports. we actually ridicule other skaters who try to seriously compete and outdo each other.

  7. Amen to the guy that said Ultimate!
