On the second of August one of the bloodiest, most barbaric terrorists in Europe will be freed.

After being convicted of murdering TWENTY FIVE people he has served TWENTY THREE years.

Iñaki de Juana Chaos will leave prison on the 2nd of August and be free to live where he wishes. He has chosen to live in a flat which belonged to his mother in a block where three families live who have lost a loved one, targeted by Basque Terrorists.

There is no law which can stop him living alongside these people made orphans and widows by E.T.A.

He has never shown any remorse. Whilst in prison he asked for champagne to celebrate the murder in cold blood of a politician and his wife. They left three very small children orphans. De Juana wrote "their (the children´s)cries will be our smiles and our laughter" Whilst in prison he got married and enjoyed conjugal visits.

Should the law be changed to stop this man living near so many victims?

  1. Do you mind if I dont answer properly? Instead I will just say yes to your last point.

Reading that made me feel so sick and angry, I need to go elsewhere on tinternet to chill a bit.

  2. I heard about one guy who owns a shop in the same building as the widow of a mayor he killed. A mayor that saved his life in fact, I was shocked on hearing it about that case. A court told him to sell the shop and he did and his wife bought the shop.  This guy was in ETA too. What kind of sick people do they have in that group who would kill a person that saved his life as a baby and then pour insult onto the widow by having a shop in the same building outside of which he shot the Mayor incidentally, makes me wonder what is in the mind of some people.

  3. He should have been shot  on the spot.  Once a person has commited such a terrible crime they should not be allowed any human rights, let alone any of the other pleasures you describe.

  4. They should never be freed. That will solve the problem.

  5. I don`t care what their so-called cause is. People who maim and murder innocent people, should never go free. If he has shown no remorse, then he should be removed from decent society.

  6. He should have been hung for what he did.

  7. No, but live here in UK and you are likely to live next door to your rapist, burglar, or other miscreant.

  8. Mind your own Businessss......

    Stop Moaning so Much......

  9. what a very nice guy he sounds

"their (the children´s)cries will be our smiles and our laughter"

I'd let him live near his victims that way they can batter the git to death. stomping up and down on his corpse before stringing him up on the nearest lamp post with piano wire

  10. Yes it should, he has caused enough suffering to these people without tormenting them further. I presume he has chosen to live there to do just that and that should absolutely not be allowed.

  11. all terrorists should be executed simple as that before they take anymore innocent lives. human rights are to blame for the state of the world today if these animals were killed as soon as they started preaching their ideas they may think twice but no they are given everything they want and allowed to carry on their sick ideas. i wonder how those human rights people would think if their loved ones were blown up it makes me sick.

  12. I don't expect him to stay alive too long if he doe's move there....Street justice hopefully will catch up with him..

  13. Good thing he's not moving to Texas.  He'd be sleeping with one eye open.

  14. Yes the law should be changed. My heart goes out to the relatives being placed in such a terrible position.

  15. If his victim's families know where he is, they'll probably take out some kind of revenge.
