Should a girl carry a condom when she goes out to clubs or parties? even if she doesn't plan on getting any?

I used to go out to the clubs, and often enough we hooked up with girls on girls nights out that we knew had or most likely had boyfreinds - or more (as in, my freind hooked up with a chick with a ring). it wasn't that they were disatisfied, but we showed them some excitement and sometimes it paid off. those were crazier days for me - and i don't live like that anymore - but there were certainly guys who were way better at scoring than i was. worst part, it was sometimes - but not always - EASY with ordinary not S****y girls. once you got them having fun with you and turned on with talk and dancing, the deal often went down.

Now, my wife goes out with her freinds about once a month, often dancing at a club. I trust her and everything, but we hardly have s*x like we used to, and she drinks a little, and i think she's hot enough to draw a player's attention once in a while. my freind and i were remarking - it sure would be better if they had protection. i mean, isn't there a certain likelihood it would happen and we'd never know? and isn't it better to not find out than to find out through an std?

So I was thinking of asking if she carried one, and suggest that she do carry one – but I don't know how that'll go over.

  1. So...you want to watch some other guy have s*x with your girlfriend, and now you're hoping your wife gets laid by someone else?  You have some seriously dysfunctional relationships.

  2. They make different p**n for all of your various fetishes, you don't have to keep asking her

  3. Yes everyone should be prepared.

  4. It would just be smart ... just in case !

  5. yeam, maybe just tell her, that you don't mind, but she should think of her family's health whatever she does, so just buy her lots of condoms and let her have it

  6. But you would only carrya condom if you did plan that maybe you would have s*x. If that's the way you and your wife want to be, in an open sexual relationship then that is fine.

  7. In the last question she was your girlfriend.

  8. yes. all drivers must wear a safty belt even if they don't plan on getting into accidents.

  9. So even though you trust your wife, you want her to "be safe" and carry a condom when she goes out just in case she has an adulteress affair?  That's like saying to your children, I know you don't use drugs, but in case you do, here's a set of clean needles so you won't contract A.I.D.S from using a dirty needle from someone else.  Perhaps I am just a little old fashioned, but I agree with Roo2, you have some serious issues!  DUH!  =P

  10. Men AND women should carry prophylactics if they have any reason to believe* they may engage in human sexual conduct that carries a significant risk of disease or pregnancy. I say both parties because s*x is a mutual act, and thus both parties should be responsibe for eachother's wellbeing during and after it. Only fair.

*Young and virile people, married or not, DO have reason to believe they may.
