  1. If it's in public school I can live with a teacher saying to his class, "Ok, if anyone's gonna pray before this test, do it now." but honestly it seems like kind of a joke. A public school teacher shouldn't say, "Everyone pray for this test NOW." It should be a matter of choice on the students' part. Then again, if this is in a private religious school, the teachers can pretty much do whatever they want.

P.S. The phrase "Jew-schools" kind of hits me as wrong. I dunno.

    P.P.S. Why math tests specifically?

  2. No reason not to.

  3. Yes

Not like a little prayer is going to hurt any of the students. And according to the First Amendment, Congress can make no laws prohibiting the free exercise thereof....

  4. Not in public school.

If the students want to pray before taking tests, then they should be able to*.  However, a public school teacher should not be leading the prayer.

    * "Oh God, puh-leaze let me pass this test..."

  5. As long as it is a Catholic school, then yes. If it is a public school you need to tell the principal because that isn't allowed in public schools.

  6. I do not find it offensive, shouldn't prayer be resurved for the really important things in life?

  7. why would he/she want to what does it have to do with learning

  8. if its a religous skool, then yah why not!! bbut legally you cannot leads them. they can pray on theyre own  but you cant start it.

  9. All teachers should be allowed to do so. I am sure that math tests are more frightening to students than any other tests they take in school, but I don't see any reason to ask this question only in the context of math tests, ........ unless you're trying to make a mild joke. In that case, ha. : )

  10. No, but they should be.
