Well you can have it with skin or without. If you have it with skin it wont hurt you it just changes the color of the drink that you are making! If you have it without skin its about the same thing but you have to peel it! so witch ever one you pick its about the same!

i would think if you put in the skin you would want to wash it really really good first cuz its fuzzy

I'd think without because with the skin, you might get the hairs in your drink but in all honestly, I think that the skin is healthier for you than the fruit so I would with like oranges, apples or something.
