Should a letter of consent be hand-written or typed?

If you're going to write a letter of consent for kids/teens travelling alone should you type it or hand write it? or does it not matter? also what are some good tips and rules to create a good letter of consent? links appreciated, or even simple rules

for letter always use respective and simple language and cleanly written it does not matter it hand written or typed
