Technically it is legal, the Amish use them all the time still.

Not legal on Interstates. Neither are pedestrians or bicycles.

Just saw an Amish guy driving a buggy through town today with a huge aluminum ladder hanging out the back of the buggy.

It is up to you if you want to buy a horse and buggy. The speed limit is a maximum of 70 and a minimum of 40 MPH on all of the interstates.

With the way the gas prices are going I would say yes but only to use it on the side roads and never on the highway.
