claim in a custody battle that the father has abandoned a child if in fact she has denied him any visitation with the child?

  1. If the father requested visitation and she denied it, then he didn't abandon the child. She shouldn't be allowed to claim that he did.

  4. No.  If she did not allow him visitation, and he asked for it, then that is not abandonment.

  6. That's not really a fair thing to do.  It's like saying "I made you that cake and you didn't eat any of it! I am pissed off!" But I left the cake at home.
