Should a "REDRUM" tattoo disqualify you for joining the military?

it is not visable unless he was shirtless... it is going across his lower stomach, it says it completely backwards te only way it says MURDER clearly is if he is standing in front of a mirror

i dont think so, but they wear white shirts, and if it can be seen through the white shirt, he'll get punished, like when the troops are running 5 miles, he'll have to do 7, later at night, but i would check with the program he wants to join to be absolutely sure!!!!!!! god bless him <3

Nah, the military is hungry for people to join, they'll except anyone.

Haha, no anyways, when they came to my class to try to get us to join, the recruiting officers told us, when someone asked a question about tattoos, piercings, ect., that when someone applys for the military they like for the tattoos to not be insight but the will except people even with tattoos insight i.e. on the arms, but they wont except people wit full sleeve tattoos.

So aslong as he passes the background, physical endurance, and  written test, along with bootcamp, it should be fine.

no it shouldnt, they also give you waivers for tattoos - call a recruiter, or you can talk to them online too... just ask the question - worst case they say no, never hurts to ask but since it cant be seen i dont think so
