if not, that's like saying our whole system doesn't work, and we should get rid of prisons.

if somebody is sent to prison, they have paid their debt to society. the government cannot keep punishing the person over and over for the same crime, regardless of what the crime is.

private people are different. the s*x offender law is not more punishment, but it is allowing other people the right to know who is living in their neighborhood. while some think of it as a punishment, it's not.

therefore, in the case of government aid, former criminals should be allowed to receive it.

while some crimes are worse than others, we must be fair.

But there human too, Depends on the circumstances and what there going to do with the money too. Like if they want to molest more people after if they knew then no way. But they bought a ticket too, so you really cant do anything.
