  1. no, a shark should not be killed at all.

at least not to take revenge to kill a hum being but it can be fainted in order to save a human life being eaten up

and the shark can also take revenge from us for the thousands of sharks being killed for shark fin soup , isn't it

  2. Why? Did it hurt someone? If yes, it's only because it's protecting it's habitat, it doesn't mean to so it shouldn't be killed. If no then it shouldn't because that's just cruel. (Pretty smart for a 12 year old hey?)

  3. Perhaps if the human, which is a land animal, had not gone into the environment of the shark where the human is unable to move fast enough to escape, the human would not have been killed by the shark.

However, if the shark came out of the water and tried to attack people on land there would be no need to kill it even then, as we would be able to move much faster than the shark and thus escape.

  4. No. It is just like sending someone to prison for life for murdering someone, but here the animal doesn't have smart brains as of humans. It is not fair to kill the animal for its natural behavior of feeding itself. Hope this helps.

  5. shark should be killed because that's what they do naturally

  6. this is a difficult question, but a loving family dog would be destroyed if it mauled a person...

  7. Not in revenge for killing a human, but if it is in the process of killing a human and it is the only means to save that person then of course it should be killed.

  8. well, what about - should a man be killed if he has taken a human's life.....

  9. Not all sharks attack humans. They are just some ordinary curious creatures that want to find out about almost everything they see.

Because of their curiosity, many humans misunderstood their reaction and starts being defensive by harming the sharks. Especially the marine life where they are always in the defensive mode, will in return attack the humans.

As a diver, I've been paying so much through my nose just to watch these beautiful creatures swim by but very unfortunate, till today I haven't even got the chance to spot one.

They are major impact to the food chain in underwater. They should not be harm no matter how.

  10. No.

  11. yes

  12. no then it wouldnt be a renewble resource, and that isnt too good, but if youre thinking of it i dont know srry :)

  13. As far as the shark is concerned, us humans are just food dancing around in his turf. People know the risks of going into the ocean and they do it anyway. Not to sound like a radical, but animals were here first. If a human kills a deer with their car, should the human be killed? (We are building our roads in their homes.)

  14. Yes.  Not out of revenge, but because if a shark killed one human, it might be inclined to kill a second human.  So we should kill the shark to prevent that.

  15. No..sharks do not intentionally target humans...they mostly mistaken them for other prey.

  16. i think the question needs to be asked differently.

"should a shark be killed because it has taken a human life?"  no.

however, if it was a shark that had learned that people are pretty easy targets, and constantly prowls areas where people are in the water, then yes.
