  1. Absolutely, he is entitled.  After all it is his right?

  2. never!

  3. Of course not

    What a stupid suggestion.

If she doesn't feel like it then it is her right to say no.

  4. It was legal to rape your wife or husband in the US until the 1970's when a few states started changing their laws to get rid of exceptions of rape for when the rapist and victim were married. NC was the last state to make marital rape illegal in 1993. You don't want to know what some of the NC legislators said when asked to change the law either. Nope women (and men) should not be raped by anyone and especially not by someone who is suppose to love and cherish them. But the US isn't that ahead of the curve either..

  5. Absolutely not!

  6. NO!

  7. Didnt read the article- but I dont agree with that at all.

Anyone has the right to object to anything that goes on in any situation whether its something simple or something as large as rape.

  8. That case there is kind of twisted, since they were separated at the time.

In general, rape should never happen in a marriage. She should be willing to give it to him if he wants it *that badly*, OR if she is adamant about not giving it to him, he should respect her enough not to force her. IMHO.

  9. No, and it's terrible that Brazil is still that outdated.

  10. sam, no one should be raped, be it by husbands, or strangers, or friends.. that's why it is 'rape' because it shouldn't be..

in marta's case, she should have filed her case before a court of law.. by doing so, she can get back at her husband.. chances are he'll be raped in return once inside prison.
