all drugs legal and free to some, that way, they wont attack me dad anymore, or me, or rob your mother or shoot her for the money.

Available at chemists with instructions as to its dangers and use.

and if some over shoot and die, well so what, who have we lost, tough, but im thinking of my father and your mother thank you.

by the way the biggest killer is alcohol and tobacco but thats ok rite,,,,

  1. While it sounds simple and easy and logical, the problem with it is - who is paying for the doctors, nurses, equipment, and buildings that house all that stuff(the public pays for that thru their tax dollars.  And it is not for the benefit of a few that treat it as a free hotel.

Also, if those drugs makes you incapable of thinking clearly, seeing clearly, obviously incapable of handling a vehicle - why should you be allowed to drive a 3000lb  bullet/bomb down the road killing others innocents in the process?    And then you get off from incarceration because you were under the influence. NFW  Be sure, you will suffer lead poisoning"right between the eyes"

  2. all drugs legal but payed for through legitimate sources of income so the people that want to use drugs will pay for them through their working money. you commit a crime to get the money or you commit a crime under the influence of an intoxicant then you pay for the crime committed. no reason to make any intoxicant an excuse to harm others.

  3. Legal, yes.

    Free, no.

People should be able to decide what they want to do.

  4. Not free.

Drugs, like marijuana, can be made legal but need to be taxed just like tobacco and alcohol.

Once drugs are legalized, medical research on these drugs will be opened and the medical qualities will be discovered and used.

I don't think all drugs should be legal. However, there will always be people who use hard drugs. There will always be irresponsible user.

  5. "who is paying for the doctors, nurses, equipment, and buildings that house all that stuff"

Actually most of that is paid out of insurance, but yes, some thru medicare and medicade for some indigent drug users.

The deal is, if recreational drugs were legal, they could be taxed to supply money for rehab and care, and NOT tax money. Thats the solution. Treat it as a medical and social provblem, NOT a criminal one.

And people seem to think that if its legal every driver on the road is going to be stoned. That wont be the case. It wont be any worse than it is now. There are both drug uses AND alcohol uses now on the road and we deal with it in a regulatory and criminal way, that should not change.

It should NOT be free. Alcohol is not. It should be taxed and regulated

  6. Legalize it all and let natural selection take its place. Oh ya tax the heck out of it.
