Should all wealthy people be forced to give their goods to the poor?

To me, that behavior would eventually result in chaos.

Over time, more people would lose any incentive to work because they would know that they can sustain a healthy and mediocre lifestyle without working.  

Eventually, a tipping point would be reached where the rich would not be able to sustain those who choose to live off of society, rather than contribute to it.

Look at the German economy.  It has an unemployment rate which is twice that of the US because too many social services are provided to those who choose not to work, even though they are able.
