Should an American work for what he has or should he financially depend on those who actually DO work?

  1. Of course they should.

    But that doesn't mean people don't need help every now and then in unexpected circumstances (laid off, injury, death in the family)

    What about people like Paris Hilton or George Bush? What work did they ever do to make their fortunes, other than being born into already wealthy families?


  2. Remember the old saying, "I have to go to work, millions of people on welfare are depending on me!" Thats what the Dems want, Punishment for those who succeed, Reward for those that don't.

  3. Or should he stand around and bitterly complain that other people work less than himself...

    and still get paid

    while they work right past him.

  4. That's the great thing about this country-one has a choice.    You can choose to work for what you have (after giving over half of your income for federal, state and local taxes), or you can depend on "entitlements" if you choose not to work.
