  1. Certain animals should, for example ones that can reason. Which includes humans, like you.

  2. ha.  well....it's better than killing them....but only if it is a good environment for them.

  3. THEY SHOULD BE SENT TO THEIR OWN HABITAT BUT IF NOT POSSIBLE THEY CAN BE TAKE TO ZOO WHICH IS EQUAL TO JAIL BUT NEVER EVER SHOT DEAD.

  4. mite be in a zoo.

  5. no way, what would be the point animals cant rationalize things like human they just do whatever their natural instinct tells them

  6. killed because if they go to jail they still wont learn what they did was wrong!!!

  7. No they shouldn't. They do not know any better than what their instincts tell them.

  8. No, I think that "prison" would be crueler to dangerous animals than humane euthanasia.  Plus, animals do not have the understanding of right and wrong, so you cannot punish them the way you can punish people.

As for pit bulls... It's a touchy subject that makes me sad.  It's true that pit bulls are more inclined to be aggressive than, say, labs or poodles, but they are not born mean or aggressive.  It's all in the way they were raised. Once they're raised, though, there isn't anything you can do to retrain them, so often it's necessary to kill them.

  9. I think that wild animals that are tamed, domesticated and harbored by people for the cause of entertainment or for similar acts and eventually or instinctively attack people should not be jailed, killed or injured in return. They should be sent back to the jungle where they really belong, or in other circumstances, to wildlife preserves, or to zoos that promote a natural wildlife set-up.

In animals that are reared for warfare, protection or fight games like pit-bulls, boxers, german sheherds and other dog breeds, c***s, spiders, and snakes and eventually attack or injure people,  these animals shall be retrained, reinforced and rehabilitated with the proper fashion.

Now I have to speak about the repercussions of what these animals must face in return. I think they have nothing to pay for. The people who has raised these animals, harbored them from the wild, sold them, trained them, used them, abused them shall be responsible. They shall be the one sent to jail, face the consequences and should be the ones liable to who these animals has injured or attacked. After all, they are the ones who own these animals, they are responsible for these animals from the start.

Althoug animals like ants! mosquitoes! big hairy spiders! they are the ones that must be sent to prison! they trouble me, they BUG me... eeew.

  10. Well, the purpose of prison (or so they say) is to rehabilitate, right? So...if there were animal prisons with highly trained people to help these animals out, then maybe! Like, if there were Caesar Milans for every species we'd be set! BUT then again, dogs have been bred for 1000s of years to be man's best friend....lions and tigers and bears - not so much! Another point is that Caesar really focuses on what the PEOPLE do, not the dogs. I'd say it's usually our fault - not that we mean to, but still our fault.

I don't think you can really blame that tiger for what he did, and I think we, at least kind of, were asking for it.

    But...what are you gonna do!

  11. Many are already in 'prisons'!  And that tiger was in a prison before the attack and it was shot.  Perhaps that is why the unfortunate events took place!

  12. no animals like dogs dont have a sense of right and wrong unless u train them not to bite or p**p certain places

oh and pitt bulls i absolutely hate them

when do u hear about -mastiffs or beagles or great danes

dogs that were bred to hunt, kill, and protect- killing people in the town u live in?

pitt bulls should be breed to be less vicious and only the family pitt bulls that are friendlt should be allowed to breed

  13. Well.

I don think they should be sent to "prison"

They should just be kept well and they should be secured

The Sf tiger should have been shot by a trancalizer

But those people were kinda odd.

  14. No even if they hert people that's there natural instinct. I do believe the tiger in SF shouldn't have been shot. it should have been relocated. why should they go to jail for something they do in the wild. If there is an animal that runs away from preditors then to there natural instinct they try to kill us for food then get caught and go to animal jail then thats not fair for the animal because in the wild if the pray they were fighting were to fight back they could run but if humans are invalved we woul use tranqulisers and put then in jail whith is not fair. It is like if you were in a fight and winning or won then put in jail for somthing that is what your kind does and that is what hapens anyway that is not fair so

NO ANIMALS SHOULD NOT BE SENT TO PRISON!!!!!!

anyway it is not like they would learn anything

  15. I don't beleive the SF tiger should have been killed, SF should have had tranquilizers ready and shot the tiger that way-put him back in his pen with better barriers up...but NO, they shouldn't be sent to prison. That tiger is a wild animal doing what wild animals DO!

Pit Bulls on the other hand...eh, touchy. We should be looking at the owners of the animals and putting most of them in prison.

  16. jail? no. why? because they wouldn't understand.

what happened then with the tiger it must of bean upset or maybe some thing offended it. and pit bulls it is there common instinct to attack if they feel that the people they love or them selves are in danger. well anyways theirs what i think!

    hope i helped.

  17. That won't be fair, no animal should be sent to the prison!

  18. Animal prison?  You mean kinda like a zoo?

I think that was the problem to begin with!

Don't pick on pit bulls - they rarely bite people.  In fact, they're extremely people friendly.

  19. No!  Some animals don't know better, because they were abused before, or tested on or something that would torture them, I beleive that an animal shouldn't be shot, because the tiger was being tortured, he died for sticking up for himself.  The jail for him was like prison.

NO animal should have to be shot or put in prison, just don't abuse them!

  20. Heck yea they should go to the slammer!!  Not only that, but FOX should make a TV show about it where cops go around busting animals all over the neighborhood!  They could call it  "COPS, for Animals".

  21. No..these attacks are not even their faults. Take the tiger for example...it was already inprisioned in the first place. I like zoos because I can go see all the animals, but at the same time, it's sad because they can't really be free.....

  22. I don't think they should be sent to prison.  Wild animals don't have as developed brains as humans and it contributes to their aggression.  Its not their fault.

  23. Relocate wild animals by darting them and releasing them where there are less people.

Put the breeders and owners of the pit bulls into prison to prevent them breeding any more. They have bred to enhance aggression in a dog sold as a pet, imprison them.

  24. They should just be left alone to start with. Animals aren't part of our society (well, except for pets which are more like children because they only behave as well as they are taught by adult humans and we don't send small children to jail) so we can't really implement justice on them. If we could put them in jail then animals should put us in jail when we invade their habitats.
