Though they have been rotating the players,in each match, they have not been ableto find a winning combination so far.Hence replacing Dravid is not going to help the team.

Dravid may not have the best strike rate but he is not the reason RCB are losing (atleast he is not the only reason). If some one has to be dropped it should be Jaffer. He hasn't even played in ODIs. Switching from Tests to T20 mode is difficult.

  All will make mistake will learning.  Please give time to him to settle in T-20 format of game. He is good technique batsmen but  he need some time to seetle.
