Boots Del Biaggio bought the Nashville Predators with other people's money. Now that he is in court for among other things fraud. Should he take some others down with him?

  1. Both teams owner groups that lent him the money thus violating a NHL agreement to not have a stake in another team. What was the deal? We will help you buy the team if you trade us their good players, thus making you a bad team and losing revenue? Then they vote YEs for when he applies to move the team? Its really hard to tell what inside agreements went on when he borrowed the money from the owners of 2 other teams. BUT, that is exactly why you cant have owners owning a share of 2 or more teams even if it is by lending money to another owner. I would be shocked if their wasnt alterior motive handshake deals that went on where both sides (or all 3 sides) would benefit from the lending of money besides interest from the loans.

  2. Scott Nichol and Todd Burtuzzi and Chris Simon

  3. avery-for his tactics against my wings

    tie domi-he fought a fan!

  4. Bettman and those that approved the transaction.

  5. Jim Balsille-- for using a copyrighted logo and team name without permission from the NHL or (then) Powers Management..

Nah--- I can think of a MUCH better place the BOTH of them can go..
