Yes I agree with this 100%.

If someone is carrying a knife then this means that they carry it with the intention or possibility that they might use it. Too many young people are being knifed to death and something needs to be done about it.

When you enter into a jail NO WEAPONS are alloded by any one not even the guards are allowed to have a weapon

Only if a conflict breaks out and then the weapons are taken off safety and are in hand in the ready to use

It depends say if the police find you with one they have to size you up in there eyes. They look at you and say you look like a thug or something they could probebly take you in but if its just a little pocket knife. They cant. Alot of people carry knifes though. My family ownes a fruit market and we have to carry arount knifes. Even on the street. But the police will probebly look up your history.

well yes!! because who knows what goes around these days?? it's unbelievable, the party i went to the other week, someone already got stabbed there, even with coppers about, its unbelievable, im just happy it wasn't me.
