Should bederus step down as a blues skipper for this year origin series?

yes, my reason is that whats the point of picking someone and winning the series when ur not gonna have them next year. Might as well give another hooker a shot at #9. They should axe buderus, just like what they did to Matt King last year.

No Buderus should not step down and the NSW selectors should not expect him to step down nor will they ask him to step down. For a man who has played 15 games for his state and has captained the side the last 3 years he deserves and should be afforded the right to captain his state for one last series. A true servant of the game.

Buderus is a Newcastle, Country, NSW and Australian ledgend.

I would like to see Bird captain next year. He will captain in your face style similar to Meninga or Lewis.

hmmm....yes but i reckon the new capt should be someone more secure then gasnier because he could get injured again in the future.

just because he is going to the super league dont mean he shouldnt be selected for NSW

The only reason cam smith is AUS hooker was because two years ago Danny's wife had a child and had to miss a test match for his wife

i recon if you are leavin nrl to go over seas you should not be aloud to play rep footy. as for buderus, they should be lookin at new younger players to step up into rep footy

yeah he should step down if he gets picked{which no doubt he will} and let maybe gallen,gasnier or a younger player that could be a long term captain..even if i support QLD it would be best for NSW.
