i think he ios a man who sees the end is near for his afl career and now wants to make money at the expense of his old club

if this stuff was promissed to him maybe he should be suing his manager for not getting it on a contract

we may only have his allegation that he was made that complete offer. he wasn't a great footballer at that time and wasn't worth that much money to the Crows, who've always had a nucleus of real stars.if they had persisted, he would have taken it perhaps?

but this kerfuffle may make the AFL look harder at the details and hidden benefits to players that breach the salary cap.
