  1. sure it should be optional

  2. Yes under proper supervision. If they can allow football , hockey ,wrestling. They can allow boxing.

  3. yes because boys need to have at school because school can get boaring

  4. If its non compulsery maybe, i dont think people should be forced in boxing if they dont want to do it.

  5. No.  The liabilities far outweigh the positives.   Especially given the litigious society we live in today.

  6. I think it's a good idea, on a team (voluntary) basis, for those who want to do it.  They could let off some energy that way, which many have an excess of in the teen years.  And it's not just a possibility, it is happening, especially in Catholic high schools in Ohio, Pennsylvania and western New York state.  Just do a search on "high school boxing" and you will find it.

  7. If it's properly supervised and not let it get out of control with permission slips given it can work. In playing sports permission slips get into play. Boxing used to be a PE activity in high school.

  8. in a college setting yes but nothing below that b/c the risk factor which the schools would not be prepared to deal with and lawsuits which could happen.
