I have yet to form a firm opinion about this, but I'm leaning towards no.

InBev is saying a lot of the right things. They want to purchase A-B in order to expand the Bud brands abroad and gain easier access to the American market for their own beers. They also state that they have no intent on changing the company and culture (inlcuding management) that has made A-B so successful. InBev claims it will continue to do business with local farmers and other suppliers.

Saying this is nice, but I'm not so sure I believe them. InBev's success has come largely from streamlining their acquired companies. This could mean a both a loss of jobs for A-B wokers.

Who knows, maybe InBev is genuine. I think I would rather be skeptical than naive though.
