  1. I always do my cardio before strength training. I assume you mean a good run before weight lifting and other such work?


  2. depends on how you like to train. i know some people like to lift weights after the are done running beucase it will loosen their muscles up. now im a high school wrestler so i dont mind conditioning after a lift or even a pratice, so my advice is warm up with light weights, get into your lifting, then do your cardio after you lift

  3. is there a difference???

    but i think before, since ur lactic acid builds up in ur muscles, and then u can work out ur muscles more sooo they become better and bigger
