No. We've found it necessary to have a cell phone because of our health not being up to par. A land line is not always handy, and if we need help, a cell phone is extremely convenient. Also, a cell phone is handy when traveling.

However, I find it very annoying, not to mention dangerous, to see people on their cell phones while driving.

The industrial revolution is killing our plant faster than any other time humans have been on this earth. I think there are MANY things that should be banned... Cell phones are only one of them.

You meant:  phones banned.   and of course, the answer would be absolutely not.   too many people would have a nervous breakdown!   It would be recommended that be banned while driving (in most cases), anytime that one is in a library, movie or post office.
