Should certain people not be allowed to win the lottery?

people who say "itl never change me, i'll go back to my minimum wage job 2mrow", havent heard many people who win who say, im gonna tell my boss tommrow to shove his job up his ***, first thing i would do.

I think the as there's a minimum age to play the lottery - Sixteen, that they're should also be an age limit - maybe Seventy.

All they ever buy is stupid Caravans and live by the sea when us young folks could actually do something good with it and also let it make a difference to our lives, not keep it the d**n same!

People who go back to their jobs should by rights, forfeit all winnings!

I don;t think unattractive people should be allowed to win (less than 8.5 on a scale of 1-10). They'll only use the money to make themselves even less attractive.

Yeah, people that can't manage money. If you can't manage your paycheck how would you manage millions of dollars??
