i think they should be sold because kids are going to have s*x and if they cant get condoms they will end up doing it unprotected whihc is just worse.

No it sends out the message that its ok for 13 year olds to have s*x. it ISNT, yes i know the argument that they are going to do it anyway and better its protected then not but i dont agree wit that for the same reason i dont think drugs should be legalised.  yes they are going to do it anyway but it is wrong so if they want to do it they should have to break the law to do it.

Also its a massive contradition saying that underage s*x counts as rape and selling condoms to kids.

I think that there is a law that any age can buy them, not only to stop pregnancy and STD's, but for guys can practise trying them on, to find which is the right size..comfort ect.

i think that they are available to us, but if a store worker wouldn't let you have them then try the bathroom in a hotel or pub, there should be a vending machine for them.

They are openly available to anyone. I have never heard of a law to stop underage teenagers buy them. And my friend who works at superdrug serves them to young teenagers all the time. You can get them free at family planning clinics, nurses, and doctors. If underage people are using protection then its better than being pregnant or having STI's.

I think they should even though the legal age to have s*x in the UK is 16 many people under 16's are having s*x but if condoms were made available to younger people even though its illegal they won't become young mothers or dad's and they will have a smaller chance of getting an STI (STD)

Yes. Teenagers are going to do what they want regardless. Although I wouldn't want my 13yr old to be having s*x so young, if he/she was using condoms to rule out pregnancy and Sexual Infections I suppose that would be better than nothing.
