Should convicted child s*x offenders be allowed as moderators over youth discussion forums?

Question

As everyone knows, sexual predators against children find the internet a valuable resource in selecting and taking advantage of their potential victims. Is it then right for a supposed Christian Discussion forum such as “Ourchurch.com” to have a convicted child s*x offender as a moderator, especially over their “teen talk” forum?
