I don't think that this will conserve as much energy as hoped for.  I think it would be a lot better to shift the focus on cleaning up our air...and no, I don't think any country should be "applauded" for implementing something like that---it is their duty to find ways to conserve energy......

  4. No, North Korea should not be applauded for their lack of participating with "Earth Hour" that other countries willingly participate in.

    North Korea should not be praised for their form of Government which keep it's citizens within a virtual state of slavery and lack of energy, brought-on by the Government's ineptness.

  5. They do seem to come up with more constructive ways for their adolescents to use their time than Western Countries do.
