Question:

Should curbside shopping be outlawed?

I just heard an interesting story coming from Batavia, NY. It seems that the city trash collectors don't want just anyone picking up people's cast-offs anymore. They say that with the price being paid for scrap metal these days, they're 'losing money" and that all the trash belongs to them! They brought the point before the city council and the council agreed. No more curbside shopping in Batavia, NY.

What do you think? Do the cast-offs left by the curb belong to "first come - first serve," or once you set it out - does it belong to the Garbage Man?

  1. Open up your trash can and ask Oscar The Grouch if he should give the money he makes to the person who initially put him in the trash can or the waste management system? With that said, dress up like a giant chocolate cookie and let the Cookie Monster chomp on your head. Thank you for your support.

  2. "All your trash are belong to us!"
