They feeding some bs about that i paid some in may 07 and stopped paying so they sold my account to a debt agency. Debt agency isnt telling me anything but what I already know on the credit report. Its $362 I could care less about the money, but my credit score is 762 and im 23 years old. Been working on it pretty hard while i was in the military. I paid that bill in May 07 fully but my info was on the capital one acct online. which they canceled :( It was only an emergency card so not quite sure why it wasnt showing paid in full. If they cant provide the evidence i need why should i pay for it if I dont know if its not fraud. Sending a certfied mailed letter anyway requesting this c**p and see what happens. All else fails I can always get an attorney.

  1. Hi,

I used "Credit Solution" to settle my debt and improve my credit score. They managed to reduce my debt up to 58%.It's legitimate. I came across this company on NBC News Special Edition.Check it out here:

  2. Send them that demand to validate letter. By law they cannot continue collection activities until they validate the debt, provided you demanded validation within 30 days of initial contact.

  3. First if was paid off find the recite , paper or electronic the one you sent, find the money trail from your account. Nothing works better then that. Then they have to fix everything for you, or get fined and sewed.

All credit card companies do share info on bad debtors and clients. They have a closed web sight where they list everyone and they can check on everyone. They will not tell you this, but if you have one they share your details with all the other credit card companies and the debt collectors that they contract to.
