  1. No. I don't beleive that they should.

    The government may have a lot of money. But maybe the citizens of said government don't. i think that the developed countries should concern theirselves with gettin' the homeless off the street, making more jobs, and taking care of children and their education--in their own country before even thinking of getting other countries out of debt.


  2. Nope, because if we ever need anything from them it makes a great bargaining chip

    'you have terrorists as neighbors and we need an air base to attack them from, and by the way you owe us 58 million dollars"

    guess what, we get an airbase in a foreign country that we wouldn't normally get access to

  3. yes, then they can borrow more and you can pay it off again.  great welfare system.

    I think if the debt becomes to great (meaning they will never be able to pay it back) the countries should be allowed to acquirer them.

    If they're supporting them anyway, they may as well be part of another country that knows how to run it.
