  1. Not banned but the fines should so high that they will think before they do it again........

  2. I don't think they should be banned outright....if they do it too many times..then..they may be considered a road hazard of some sort..then they may get a suspension or something.

If after too many suspensions...then it might be necessary to revolk someone's license....that would be up to a court to decide.

  3. First time life time ban, bet a lot of people would be more careful

  4. Banned from driving? After enough tickets maybe. There's a difference between trying to make the yellow and not succeeding and just straight up disregarding it.  That is what the red light cameras here in Tucson are for.  There are signs about it everywhere and you still see it flash an average of every 5 minutes.  Besides how do you "forget" to stop at a red light?

  5. forget to stop? yes yes yes

  6. If  they live long enough, once they get enough tickets they will have their license revoked. That is how 'banned' is defined in this case.

  7. Considering just how obvious the traffic lights are I think it would be nearly impossible to actually disregard a red light.

  8. If someone "forgets" to stop at a red light, I would vote to have their license revoked unti they train themselves otherwise.
