  1. I don't think so because sometimes life's experiences are of the greatest value to me, sometimes education can't get you out of certain situations, but don't get me wrong, it is important to have a good education to better yourself.


  2. I feel that the system give mix messages base on the type of job and the companies. A individual has a Degree but no work experiences may not get the job. But a individual with 5 years or more get the job. The other hand it might be who doing the interview for the job. Its a judgement call.

  3. They are both valuable...it really depends on what the live experiences are compared to the education, and which is more relevant for the situation being considered.

  4. depends on who or what you're trying to land...in the job market, education may be more profitable...in the meat market life experience may be more desirable  :)
