Should electoral votes be determined by who gets a plurality in a Congressional district?

Let the other 2 go to who get the state-wide plurality.

Would have to be enacted by each state.

Would not require amendment to US Constitution

Two states do it that way today. (Maine and Nebraska, I believe)

No more of this red-blue sh*t

  1. Frankly i think each vote should be counted to elect the president and not electoral votes. That is the one and only amendment to the constitution that should be made..Let the popular vote decide.


  2. Sounds good to me--I'm from Tennessee, and we're actually kind of "purple." There are chunks of the state that might as well be a different country (ideologically) than the parts that make the state show "red" on maps.
