Because I read somewhere that, if you take it on a full stomach, then your body will not digest it well. Is this true?

  1. There's a two-sided answer to this... you can, but I wouldn't.

Your body will digest it just as well and might even break it down a little better without other foods in your stomach (depending on what you've eaten). However, it is recommended to take them with food because some people would easily get an upset stomach if you have only oil-based foods in your stomach (like if you ate a chunk of butter alone), plus most people get more of an occurrence of "fishy burps" when they take Fish Oil on an empty stomach.

Taking it with food will be the least unpleasant. ;-)

  2. yes, in empty stomach  don't take any oil food

  3. It will taste gross, but it will not hurt you any.

  4. depends on the fish oil capsule you're taking. usually it is written on the product specification that it is to be taken with the meal of your choice. so i reckon that you have to take it with food. :)

  5. Fish oil caps can be taken with or without food, although I admit I take mine just before lunch and supper.

  6. You can take it any time, however it has more effect if taken before meals and before bedtime.
