If they play gracefully it doesn't matter what race they are, a team should have spirit not racism. Too much patriotism makes race wars, hate campaigns and violence which should be unacceptable in a game.

If you are chosen to represent a country you should be a citizen of that country,and live in that country. I was always told during sports I played at school, that I was representing my school, when I visit another country I am representing Canada. In sports how can you do this if you have never set foot in the place you are representing.

Why not, they can have any nationality manager.  "Local" teams can have anyone they can afford.  The whole thing is meaningless.
